About Keepbox
Keepbox is a fast-growing consumer app that helps parents save, organize, and celebrate their children’s artwork — digitally and physically. We’re building a design-led, emotional consumer product, and social, creators, and paid content are our primary growth engines.
We’re looking for a hands-on marketing ninja who can run day-to-day social, scale creator campaigns globally, and support paid growth.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content
- Own daily management of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Create and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Turn real user content (kids’ artwork, parent stories, reactions) into engaging posts
- Stay on top of trends, hooks, sounds, and formats — and execute quickly
- Write captions that feel warm, human, and authentic
Influencer & Creator Campaigns (Global)
- Identify and source creators globally (parents, mums, dads, teachers, family creators)
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end:
- Outreach & relationship management
- Negotiation (gifting, paid, affiliate, or hybrid)
- Clear creative briefing and timelines
- Coordinating posts and approvals
- Tracking performance and learnings
- Repurpose creator content into organic and paid ads
- Build a scalable, repeatable creator pipeline
Paid Social (Meta & TikTok)
- Help plan, launch, and manage Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok campaigns
- Turn organic + creator content into paid creatives
- Run weekly creative and audience tests
- Monitor CTR, CPA, ROAS, and creative fatigue
- Work closely with the founder on experiments and budget allocation
Strategy & Growth
- Help shape KeepBox’s social and creator strategy
- Identify what content drives installs and subscriptions
- Propose new growth ideas (UGC programs, ambassador programs, creator series)
- Support feature launches, offers, and pricing experiments
- Share insights clearly and regularly
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Based in the UK
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok, especially short-form video
- Hands-on content creation experience
- Experience running influencer/creator campaigns
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads
- Strong creative judgment and copy instincts
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with consumer apps or DTC brands
- Experience repurposing UGC into paid ads
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Final Cut, etc.)
- A personal or side social account with strong performance
