Role Description The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities across the organization. This role includes assisting with HR operations such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The Human Resources Associate will help coordinate training and development initiatives, track attendance and performance data, and respond to routine HR inquiries from team members. The role also involves preparing HR communications, supporting compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and collaborating with managers to address HR-related needs. The individual will work closely with the HR Manager and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate HR support.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations, with the ability to support core HR processes.
- Experience or interest in Training & Development, including coordinating training sessions and supporting employee learning initiatives.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels and prepare clear HR documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with HR software, spreadsheets, and document management tools; comfort working with confidential information.
- Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role is beneficial; familiarity with UK employment practices is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
