Location: Anywhere/Remote (Hybrid optional once HQ is finalized – Nashville, TN HQ)

About Sample Technologies

Sample Technologies is a fast-growing technology company and growth agency helping brands scale through strategy, software, and operational excellence. We're building a high-performance outbound sales team and looking for a Founding Business Development Associate to help us open doors, build relationships, and drive revenue.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with the founding team, influence the outbound strategy, and gain real startup experience. You’ll learn how B2B tech companies operate while receiving coaching from proven sales professionals with successful track records in SaaS and services.

This is a commission-only (1099) role to start, with uncapped earning potential. Top performers will have the opportunity to move into a full-time W2 position with salary, benefits, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the founders to develop and execute outbound strategies
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for account executives
  • Track outreach and pipeline updates in CRM

Who You Are

  • You have prior experience in sales or business development (SDR, BDR, inside sales, etc.)
  • You’re comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
  • You’re a clear communicator and eager to learn
  • You’re motivated by performance, not a 9–5 structure
  • You’re available to work U.S. business hours
  • You do not need a college degree — we value coachability, consistency, and initiative
