Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: US, remote!

Salary: up to $70,000

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will involve both customer service and administrative support, including regular use of Microsoft Excel to manage and track customer inquiries, orders, and other relevant data. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed product/service information and support to customers.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with the processing of orders, returns, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the system.
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Data Management (Excel):
  • Regularly update and manage customer data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Generate reports from Excel to track customer feedback, order status, and other metrics.
  • Organize and maintain data efficiently for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, and logistics) to ensure smooth customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and improve overall customer service experience.
