As our Business Development Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and nurturing client relationships, managing sales cycles, and driving business growth. Working alongside leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll also collaborate on organisational and people strategies that enhance Deverium’s mission and support client goals.
What will you do as BDP:
- Manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, client follow-ups, and booking meetings.
- Create and implement email sequences to engage prospects and clients
- Ensure CRM data management and maintain accurate lead information.
- Coordinate business travels and events, such as preparing for industry events like MWC, Tech Crunch, Gitex, Sibos, others.
- Assist in content creation for sales campaigns and collaterals, including social media posts and supporting PR activities.
- Maintain client relationships and serve as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication and timely task completion.
- Handle operational duties.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Experience in CRM management, email sequences, and client outreach.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset.
- You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
- You are adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate in internal and external environments.
Skills you will bringHard Skills:
- You bring at least 2 years of relevant Sales, Business Development experience as well as a positive mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot, Notion.
- Expertise in email sequence writing and outbound sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation processes and sales cycles.
- Market research and analysis to develop an understanding of customer segments.
- Advanced CRM and email marketing skills, with a focus on lead generation and customer outreach.
- Knowledge in project management, and market research.
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
Soft Skills:
- Entrepreneurial and results driven mindset, with a drive to succeed and push boundaries.
