Freshmango is a European startup acceleration and advisory platform helping founders turn ideas into scalable companies. We don’t sell courses or hype — we work hands-on with startups through mentorship, funding advisory, and investor connections across Europe.
We’re building a small, sharp team that understands founders, speaks their language, and values real impact over empty sales metrics.
Your role
As a Sales Representative at Freshmango, you’ll be the first human touchpoint for founders entering our ecosystem. Your job is not to “push” a product, but to understand a startup’s stage, challenges, and ambitions — and guide them toward the right Freshmango program or service.
You’ll work closely with the founder and core team, shaping how Freshmango grows and how we communicate value to early-stage and scaling startups.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound startup leads (founders, co-founders, early teams)
- Qualify startups based on stage, needs, and readiness for our programs
- Present Freshmango’s acceleration, mentorship, and fundraising services clearly and honestly
- Conduct discovery calls and follow-ups with founders
- Manage and update CRM pipelines and lead status
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Collect feedback from founders to refine our offering and messaging
- Represent Freshmango with credibility, empathy, and clarity
What we're looking for
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (startup, SaaS, consulting, VC, or innovation ecosystems is a big plus)
- Strong communication skills — you can talk to founders without sounding like a salesperson
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Ability to understand complex offerings and explain them simply
- Comfortable with calls, video meetings, and written follow-ups
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Curiosity about startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship
Nice to have
- Experience working with startups, accelerators, incubators, or VC funds
- Basic understanding of fundraising, MVPs, or go-to-market strategies
- Experience selling high-ticket or service-based offerings
