Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment provided by the company. Day-to-day tasks include traveling to client sites, conducting safety inspections, troubleshooting, and providing scheduled maintenance. The role requires clear communication with clients to ensure all issues are resolved efficiently. Additionally, the technician will be expected to document their work and provide detailed reports to ensure high standards of service are maintained.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge in safety inspections and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred
