Customer Success Manager (Gov)

**The Role:**

As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness, event registrations, and community engagement. This fully remote role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in marketing for conferences, events, or membership communities. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing to the continued success of CTO Craft.

This is a remote role for candidates based in the UK. However, we r**equire attendance at monthly meetups in London** (at the company's expense) to foster team collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:Event Promotion & Campaigns**

*   Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for CTO Craft’s events, webinars, and membership services.
*   Create compelling email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and registrations.
*   Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop promotional materials, social media assets, and advertising collateral.
